After thunderstorms moved through the Pittsburgh area, hundreds of homes
are without power.
Duquesne Light reports the storms knocked out electricity for about
10,000 customers.
The hardest hit areas include Brighton Township, Castle Shannon, Hampton
Township, McCandless Township and Pulaski Township.
Officials are assessing damage and crews are out repairing downed wires
and removing trees.
